THESE COMPETITIVE RATES APPLY TO ALL INVOICES OVER 90 DAYS PAST DUE 

15% of the first $2,000 collected on invoices over $500

20% of the amount collected in excess of $2,000 up to invoices totaling $25,000

25% of the amount of the amount collected on invoices less than $500
